By using Soone, you accept the following. We wrote this text to be read, not to impress.
Who publishes Soone
Soone is published by LEBOXSTUDIO, SAS, société par actions simplifiée, with its registered office at 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France. Further details are in the legal notice.
What the app does
Soone lets you write a message to yourself, seal it, and find it again on the date you chose. That's all, and that's on purpose.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. An account belongs to one person, and you are responsible for what you do with it. The app is for people aged fifteen and over.
Sealing is final
A sealed capsule can no longer be edited, nor its date moved forward or back. This isn't a technical limit: it's what gives the gesture its value. Check what you wrote before sealing.
What you write stays yours
You keep all rights to the content of your capsules. We don't read it, don't exploit it, don't use it to train anything, and don't share it with anyone — unless the law requires us to.
What isn't allowed
Using Soone to store or spread unlawful content, trying to access another account's data, bypassing subscription limits, or reselling access to the service.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running, without being able to guarantee it never stops. An outage, maintenance or an incident at a host may delay a capsule opening or a notification.
Liability
Our liability cannot go beyond what the law provides, and in particular not for the loss of content you kept nowhere else. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile. Your capsules and files are then erased, immediately and irreversibly.
If this text changes
We'll tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If something goes wrong, write to us first at admin@leboxstudio.fr: most disagreements end there. Failing that, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator below, and then to the competent court.
Consumer mediation
If our answer doesn't satisfy you, or if we haven't replied within two months, you can refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator, within one year of your written complaint.
